Running five Reddit accounts by hand is tiring. Running fifty for a dozen clients turns into a full-time job of logging in, logging out and checking which account posted what. This guide describes a setup that agencies, brand teams and community managers use to keep many accounts apart and still plan their posts in one place: one browser profile per account, and a scheduler that works inside those profiles.
Start with one browser profile per account
Every Reddit account gets its own profile in an anti-detect browser such as Dolphin Anty, AdsPower or GoLogin. The browser vendors describe each profile as an isolated browser with its own cookies, fingerprint and proxy settings. In practice that means each account stays logged in inside its profile, and opening one account never touches the session of another.
- Create one profile per Reddit account and name it so a teammate can tell which client and account it is, for example "Acme main" or "Acme support".
- Give each profile the proxy your team uses for that account, in the browser's own settings.
- Use a desktop system and a desktop screen size for each profile, because Queber works with Reddit's desktop site.
- Open each profile once and log in to its Reddit account. Queber uses that session and never asks for the Reddit password.
Queber then imports these profiles. Open Integrations in Queber, connect your browser and sync. The setup differs by browser: see Dolphin Anty, AdsPower and GoLogin. You can connect more than one browser, and all profiles appear together on the Profiles page.
Plan posts account by account
On the posting screen (Automation, then Reddit, then Auto Posting) every post starts with a profile. Picking the profile picks the account, so the question "which account is this from" is answered before anything is written.
- 1
Pick the profile and the community
Choose the profile, type the community and click Validate. Queber reads the community's rules, flair, tags and allowed post types for that account.
- 2
Write the post
Add the title and a body with formatting, an image, a gallery, a video or a link. Reddit does not mix images and video in one post, and Queber asks you to choose before the job is saved.
- 3
Schedule it
Choose Schedule and set the date and time in your local time zone. With Remember profile time turned on, the next post for this profile starts from the time of its last scheduled post.
- 4
Reuse it where it fits
After a post has gone out, Copy job in the Queue opens it again on the posting screen, so you can send it to another community or from another profile. Change the title for each community rather than sending one text everywhere.
Keep each account at its own pace
A schedule that works for one account can look like a burst when ten posts land in the same hour. Queber counts the pause between posts per profile. You set it on the posting screen as a range of minutes, for example 40 to 90. Posts of that profile then stay at least 40 minutes apart, and a post that would come closer moves to a random time inside the range after the previous one.
The pause applies when a job is created, when you change its time, when you retry it and when you move several jobs with Change time in the Queue. Comments have their own pause, and post checks never move posts. Jobs created through the API follow the same pause.
See every account in one Queue
The Queue lists the jobs of all profiles in one table. For a team that manages many accounts, a few views do most of the work.
- Group by profile to see each account's upcoming posts as a block, collapse the ones you have reviewed, and pin the accounts you check every day.
- Filter by profile, date, automation or source to answer questions such as "what goes out for this client tomorrow" or "which jobs came from the API".
- Select several jobs and use Change time to move them as one block. Each row shows its new time, and each profile keeps its pause.
- Open any job to read its log step by step. A finished post links to the live post on Reddit.
With Telegram connected in Integrations, Queber sends a report after each job, naming the profile and linking to the result or the reason it failed. On the website, the Jobs page of your account shows the jobs of every computer where you use Queber, so a lead can follow the work without opening the app.
Check what stayed up and answer comments
Publishing is half the work. A post that a community's filters removed overnight is invisible to most readers, and the account may never notice. From a published post in the Queue you can start a Check post, or select several posts and check them in one run. The post check tells you whether each post is live, removed or not found, keeps Reddit's removal message as written, and reads the score, upvote ratio and comments. The guide how to check if a Reddit post was removed explains which profile to check with.
When people reply, start a Comment from the same post. A free check lists the post's comments, you pick the one to answer, and the reply goes out from the account that owns the post or from any other profile you choose.
Working as a team on several computers
Queber runs jobs on the computer where the app is installed, inside the browser profiles of that computer. A team can sign in to one Queber account on several computers, for example one per manager. Each computer imports the profiles it can see and runs its own queue.
- Decide which computer runs which profiles. A profile imported on two computers becomes two Queber profiles, and starting both at the same time can clash in the browser.
- Keep the computers that run scheduled jobs awake with Queber open. A job whose time passed while Queber was closed is marked as missed and waits for you to retry it.
- Through the REST API or MCP, a command about a profile goes to the computer that owns it, and lists of profiles and jobs merge all computers.
Reddit's rules apply to every account. Each account should post content that its community welcomes, at a human pace. Never use your accounts to upvote each other or to make one opinion look like many people's. Communities often have rules on self-promotion, so read them before you schedule.
Questions about running multiple Reddit accounts
Can I schedule Reddit posts for several accounts at once?
Yes. Each scheduled post belongs to one profile, and the Queue holds the posts of all profiles together. Profiles with posts due at the same moment run in turn, and each profile keeps its own pause.
Do I need a separate browser profile for every Reddit account?
Yes. Queber runs every job in a browser profile, and the profile decides which Reddit account the job uses. One account per profile keeps sessions apart and makes it clear who posted what.
Does Queber need the passwords of my Reddit accounts?
No. Log in to Reddit once inside each profile. Queber uses that session, the way you would when posting by hand.
Do scheduled posts go out if the computer is off?
No. Queber runs on your computer, so keep it awake with Queber open at the scheduled times. Missed jobs are marked when Queber opens again, and you retry them from the Queue.
Can several teammates work with the same accounts?
Yes, by signing in to one Queber account on their own computers. Agree on which computer runs which profiles, because a profile started on two computers at once can clash in the browser.
