These Terms of Use govern access to Queber, including https://queber.app, the Queber desktop app, account services, downloads, billing, support, and automation features. By using Queber, you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials, integration tokens, browser profiles, automation settings, scheduled jobs, and all activity performed through your account. You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
Permitted use
You may use Queber to prepare, schedule, publish, and manage automated content workflows for accounts and platforms you are authorized to use. You remain responsible for complying with applicable laws, platform rules, intellectual-property rights, privacy obligations, and third-party terms for services you connect or automate.
Prohibited use
You must not use Queber for harassment, fraud, deceptive activity, unauthorized access, malware, credential theft, evasion of legal restrictions, or coordinated unsolicited bulk activity that is unlawful or violates the rules of the platforms you use. You must not use Queber in ways that harm Queber, other users, or third-party platforms.
Automation and third-party platforms
Queber provides tools for local automation workflows, but you control the content, accounts, profiles, timing, destinations, and connected providers. Queber does not guarantee that third-party platforms will accept, preserve, or allow automated activity.
Billing and plans
Paid features, plan limits, usage credits, and top-ups are shown before purchase or in your account area. Fees are charged through supported payment providers. Unless required by law or expressly stated, payments are non-refundable after service access or usage is provided.
Software updates
The desktop app may check for updates and download installers from Queber. You are responsible for installing updates needed for security, compatibility, and continued service access.
Service availability
We aim to keep Queber reliable, but the service may change, pause, or become unavailable because of maintenance, provider limits, third-party outages, security issues, legal requirements, or technical problems.
Liability
Queber is provided as-is to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, third-party platform actions, account restrictions, automation outcomes, or indirect damages, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
