This Privacy Policy explains how Queber collects and uses information when you visit https://queber.app, create an account, use the Queber desktop app, manage browser-provider integrations, run automation jobs, contact support, or use billing features.
Information we collect
We collect account information such as email address, authentication status, language preference, support messages, billing plan and usage records, and security logs needed to protect the service. If you connect integrations such as browser-profile providers, Telegram alerts, or payment services, we store the settings and tokens needed to provide those features.
Desktop automation data
Queber is designed as a local desktop automation hub. Job execution, browser sessions, retained job data, media attachments, and logs may be stored locally on your device or sent to Queber only when a cloud-backed feature, support ticket, billing usage report, update check, or authenticated metadata request requires it.
How we use information
We use information to provide accounts, authentication, desktop handoff, billing, downloads and updates, support, abuse prevention, security monitoring, localization, and product operations. We do not sell personal information.
Legal bases and choices
Where applicable, we process information to perform our contract with you, comply with legal obligations, protect legitimate interests such as security and fraud prevention, and honor consent-based choices for optional integrations or communications.
Sharing
We share information with service providers only as needed to operate Queber, including hosting, email, payment, operational logging, support, and connected integrations you choose to use. Third-party integrations are also governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, legal compliance, dispute handling, security, and backups. Application service logs are retained for a limited operational period. We use technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
