Schedule from Airtable
Click the Queber button on a new row to validate the post, import media, and add it to the Queber schedule.
Use Airtable as the content planning table and Queber as the local execution layer. One button validates the row, imports media, schedules the job, and edits existing queued work when the row changes.
Click the Queber button on a new row to validate the post, import media, and add it to the Queber schedule.
If the row already has a Queber Job ID, the same button updates the existing Queber job instead of creating a duplicate.
Queber writes the current status, job ID, real start time, post link, and latest error back to Airtable after each run.
The integration uses Airtable Scripting and a button field. After setup, your table can create new Queber jobs and update existing ones from the same button.
Keep columns for profile, subreddit target, title, post type, scheduled time and optional body, link, media, flair or tags. The optional Queber columns are listed below.
Create an Airtable Button field, name it Send to Queber, and set the action to Run script.
Add Airtable's Scripting extension, start from scratch, paste the Queber script, then finish editing.
Create a personal Queber API token (a new token has every scope the script needs), set the API URL to https://mcp.queber.app, and map your Airtable fields.
Add these columns to the content table with exactly these names. The script works without them and lists the missing ones after each run.
If setup, field mapping, media import or job editing does not work as expected, contact Queber support or write to us on Telegram.
